  32.     Changes in MUI version only:
  33.       - It is now possible to set a default module path by typing
  34.         it, ended by ':' or '/', in the file string requester, or
  35.         by specifing it using the NAME startup argument.
  36.       - Hopefully solved the problem with read-only text boxes
  37.         changing their size after deiconization.
  38.       - Improved the keyboard cyclechain.

  41.       - Fixed very small bug in the wildcard file scan code.

  44.       - Added the 68020 optimized executables to the distribution
  45.         archive, the version string and the copyright banner contain

  47.       - Rebuilt everything using SAS C 6.57.

  49.       - The whole converter engine has been revised to be as close to
  50.         the original playroutines as possible.
  51.         Even some bugs should have been replicated to achieve maximum
  52.         conversion fidelity.
  53.       - Fixed bug: the polyphonic aftertouch command (0x0A) sent the
  54.         wrong note number.
  55.       - Fixed bug: when setting a new instrument number without
  56.         playing a note the reference to the instrument of the pending
  57.         note was lost.
  58.         This could cause some note off events to be put on the wrong
  59.         output track.
  60.       - Fixed bug: retrig command on a slot without note generated
  61.         badly formed events on the output file.
